April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. It’s a time when stakeholders unite to talk openly about sexual violence to increase awareness, identify prevention strategies, and provide resources to survivors.

Recognizing the role trial lawyers can play to ensure our survivor clients are well represented in their quest for justice, SGB attorneys Lindsay Halm and Ben Gauen contributed an article to WSAJ’s April edition of Trial News that explores the nuances navigating parallel civil and criminal proceedings.
