Lindsay Halm co-authored a winning amicus brief in the Floeting v. Group Health case on behalf of Legal Voice. She argued – and the Washington Supreme Court agreed – that places of public accommodation (like hotels, restaurants, bars, and hospitals) must be held directly responsible when their employees discriminate against customers.
