SGB filed a class action lawsuit against Pacific Maritime Association and SSA Marine in May 2024 for their failure to provide paid sick leave in violation of State and local laws. The lawsuit was removed from King County Superior Court and is currently pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington in Seattle.
