SGB filed suit against Moctezuma’s Mexican Restaurant & Tequila Bar in June 2022, alleging that Moctezuma’s failed to provide their hourly non-managerial employees with legally sufficient rest breaks and meal periods.

In January 2023, a proposed settlement was reached on behalf of the putative class.
