SGB filed suit against VR Ventures LLC d/b/a Huntington Learning Center of Bellevue in March 2021 alleging various wage and hour violations including failure to pay tutors for all time worked, such as time spent preparing for tutoring sessions and writing notes and cleaning up after sessions, and failure to provide tutors with legally sufficient meal and rest breaks. In December 2022, a proposed settlement was reached on behalf of the putative class of tutors.

If you are a current or former tutor at VR Ventures LLC and worked in the State of Washington at any time between March 31, 2018, and April 19, 2022, you may be entitled to an award under the settlement.
