Along with attorney Jim Pizl, SGB filed suit against Domino’s Pizza in September 2020, alleging that Domino’s failed to pay overtime wages to its commercial truck drivers operating out of the Kent depot in Washington state. On August 15, 2022, the Washington Court of Appeals affirmed that the case could proceed in King County Superior Court rather than being forced to individual arbitration. No class has yet been certified and no trial date has been set.
