After being convicted of sexually assaulting a nine year-old girl, a sex offender sued her for falsely accusing him. SGB’s Rich Anderson, representing the victim pro bono, convinced the court to dismiss the lawsuit and impose a $40,000+ judgment against the sex offender for improperly bringing a case against his young client.
